Marsh yellow cress
Rorippa islandica (Oeder) Borbas var. hispida (Desv.) Butt. + Abbe
Plant Description:
- Many-branched, bristly-stemmed mustard growing up to 60 cm tall
- Leaves are highly dissected; lower leaves are stalked, and upper leaves have no stalk and are less dissected
- Small, yellow flowers
- Plant is edible: can be put into salads, soups, and meat dishes for flavouring
- Found at Stops 3 and 6
