Plant Description:

  • Widespread, moist, woodland species
  • Heart-shaped leaves come to a point on long stalks
  • White flowers with pink or purple veins
  • Leaves, when soaked in water, can be applied to treat sores
  • Tea can be used to help in relaxation and sleep
  • Found at Stop 1 - on the Interpretive Nature and Hiking Trails
