Plant Description:

  • Widespread, woodland plant growing up to 150 cm tall
  • Leaves made up of 3-lobed round leaflets that are strongly veined
  • Skinny and loose flowers
  • Chewing on the roots reduces phlegm, increases circulation and relieves heart palpitations
  • Found at Stop 1 - on the Interpretive Nature and Hiking Trails
