Plant Description:

  • Slender,straight, prairie plant growing up to 50 cm high
  • Very narrow, sword-shaped leaves
  • Whitish-pink flowers
  • Somewhat curved, slender pods
  • Occurs on dry hills
  • An edible plant that has a taste similar to horseradish
  • Found at Stops 1 and 2
