Descurainia sophia (L.) Webb.
Plant Description:
- Frequently seen weed that is branched with highly dissected leaves
- Yellow flowers
- Pods are sword-shaped on stalks
- Introduced plant - widespread in fields, ditches, and disturbed sites
- This plant is a good survival food, especially as it is very easily found
- Found at Stops 1 through 11
