Plant Description:

  • Frequently seen weed that is branched with highly dissected leaves
  • Yellow flowers
  • Pods are sword-shaped on stalks
  • Introduced plant - widespread in fields, ditches, and disturbed sites
  • This plant is a good survival food, especially as it is very easily found
  • Found at Stops 1 through 11
